Who we are

This website is operated by Quality Control Ltd, an asphalting, paving and trucking contractor in Bermuda. If you have any questions about this policy or your information, email qualitycontrolbda@yahoo.com.

Information you give us

When you submit the Request a Site Visit form, we receive the details you enter:

• Your name and phone number
• Your company name and email address, if you provide them
• The service you need, the project location and how soon you would like to start
• Anything you tell us about your project
• Your preferred contact method

If you call, email or message us on WhatsApp, we receive the information you choose to share in that conversation.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, arrange and carry out site visits, prepare quotations and communicate with you about your project. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Website analytics

With your permission, we may use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the website, such as which pages are viewed. Analytics only runs if you accept analytics cookies, and you can change your choice at any time. See our Cookie Policy for details.

Service providers

We use a small number of service providers to run the website:

• Netlify hosts the website and receives site-visit form submissions on our behalf. Like most web hosts, it processes technical information such as IP addresses to deliver the site and filter spam.
• Google provides the embedded map on our homepage and, if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics.
• Email and messaging services we use to reply to you, such as email and WhatsApp.

These providers handle information under their own privacy policies.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond to you and manage any resulting work, and for our business records.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing qualitycontrolbda@yahoo.com. You can also decline or withdraw consent for analytics cookies at any time.

Links to other sites

Our website links to other services such as WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram. Their own privacy policies apply when you use them.
