Is the site visit free?
Yes. Site visits are free and there is no obligation. We visit, measure and assess the area, discuss your options and then provide a clear written quotation.
How long will my project take?
It depends on the size of the project, the condition of the site and the preparation required. We discuss scheduling during the site visit and confirm timing with you once the quote is approved.
How do I get started?

What is the one-year seal-coating follow-up?
For applicable asphalt projects, we offer a complimentary seal-coating follow-up one year after completion. It gives our team an opportunity to return, inspect the surface and follow up with you. Ask us during your site visit whether it applies to your project.
Driveway Paving
How much does a new asphalt driveway cost in Bermuda?
Every driveway is different. The cost depends on the size of the area, the condition of the existing surface and the preparation required. Request a free site visit and we’ll assess the property before providing a written quotation.
Can you pave over my existing driveway?
It depends on the condition of the existing surface. We’ll inspect the driveway first and determine whether resurfacing, repair or replacement is the appropriate option.
Can you turn a gravel or dirt driveway into asphalt?
Yes, where site conditions allow. We’ll assess the existing driveway and determine what preparation is required before paving.
Do you take away the old driveway material?
Where removal is required, we’ll discuss the removal and hauling requirements as part of the proposed work and written quotation.
Do you repair existing asphalt driveways?
Yes. We can assess potholes, damaged sections and worn asphalt and recommend the appropriate repair, resurfacing or replacement option.
Asphalt Repair & Resurfacing
Should I repair my asphalt or resurface it?
It depends on the condition of the existing surface and what is underneath. Small, isolated damage can often be repaired; widespread wear may call for resurfacing or full removal and replacement. We assess the site in person and explain the options rather than guessing online.
Do you repair potholes in driveways and parking areas?
Yes. We repair potholes and patch damaged sections in driveways, parking areas and roads across Bermuda.
Can you repair just one section of my driveway?
Often, yes. Targeted patching and edge repairs are part of what we do. We will tell you during the site visit whether a repair is appropriate for your driveway.

Can you pave while my business remains open?
It depends on the property and the work required. Once the project is approved, we’ll discuss access, timing and how the work can be planned around your operations.
Can an existing parking lot be resurfaced?
It depends on the condition of the existing pavement. We’ll assess the surface first and determine whether resurfacing, repair or replacement is appropriate.
Do you repair potholes and damaged parking areas?
Yes. We provide pothole repairs, asphalt patching and replacement of damaged sections where required.
Do you handle larger commercial paving projects?
Yes. Quality Control Ltd has paving and support equipment for commercial asphalt work and larger projects.
How do I get a quotation?

Trucking & Hauling
What materials can you deliver?
We deliver aggregate, gravel, sand and soil. Tell us what you need and where, and we will confirm the details. See trucking & aggregate delivery.
Do you remove debris and construction waste?
Yes. We haul away debris and construction waste, including old asphalt, from homes, businesses and job sites.
Do you offer lot clearing?
Yes. We clear overgrown or cluttered lots and haul the material away, often as the first step before a site is prepared and paved.
Do I have to book paving to use your trucking services?
No. Our trucking and hauling services are available on their own to contractors, property owners and businesses.
